Laurie is a teacher and a professional artist. She started these camps 29 years ago for her own kids.  BackyardArt© Camp is a summer art experience for students 6-15 years. The program’s main focus is on creative expressions through involvement in drawing, painting and three-dimensional techniques. Laurie follows a philosophy that each child possesses an artistic talent to be encouraged and developed. BackyardArt© Camps are held in Glenview. Class size is limited to ensure that each child receives ample individual attention.

Each one-week session is 3 hours a day with a break in the middle of each class. Each session costs $325, which includes all supplies.
